Lucid Agency is looking for a full-time web and application developer with web and application programming experience. We’re a business journal “top places to work” and provide excellent compensation, health benefits, and an invigorating work environment.
Location and Hours: Please note you must have availability to work during standard business hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, and this job is required to work on-site at our offices in Downtown Tempe (on Mill Avenue).
Description of the Job: We’re looking for team members who like to have fun, take on fun and exciting coding challenges and develop innovating market-leading solutions. We might be building a new corporate website for a large client, building a web based subscription software-as-a-service website for a start-up, or creating a mobile application or a Facebook application to support a client marketing initiative. You will work hand-in-hand with internal team members and clients. We reward innovation, effort and success and you won’t have someone watching over your shoulder. Experience:
- Php, SQL/MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 (the basics)
- WordPress, Joomla, Drupal (CMS experience)
- Web and Mobile Applications (we’ll be doing more and more of these)
- Experience in Ruby, .Net, Flash and User Experience Engineering is a plus.
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
- Detail oriented and ability to always deliver on time
- Likes to tackle new and innovative web development projects
- Excellent communication skills with employees internally and clients
- Computer Science degree or extensive relevant work experience
- An adept internet user, familiar with various browsers and search engines
- Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
- A very strong work ethic and ability to deal with the frequently changing work load including varied projects and fast-paced situations associated with an advertising and marketing agency
Compensation: Compensation will be excellent salary and based on experience. Health benefits and great work environment in our Mill Avenue office.
