Lucid Agency Billing Policy:
Lucid Agency bills clients according to our signed service agreements with each client. We offer our clients a pro-rated refund on services billed but not yet completed. We do not offer refunds on completed services. We allow cancellation of ongoing service agreements with a 30 day written notice.
